- Started the journey 26th August 2011
- 5”5 inches.
- I weigh about 70kg now. But I don’t look it at all.
- Lost 6 kg in the first few weeks.
- Down 10 kgs in total now.
- Another 10 to go.
- Body looks waaay different from what it was.
- Weight is just a number. I believe everyone carries their weight in different ways. Mine was mostly water weight, so once I got the 2 litres H20 a day, the bloat basically went off :)
- Pretty curvy.
- Went from a D cup to a C cup in 3 months.
- Went from a size L to M.
- I lift weights. Sometimes heavy. And no I’m not big and bulky.
- Love to run. Funny story, I used to be terrified of the treadmill because I couldn’t quite balance myself on it but now it’s my favourite cardio workout. I love how you can burn so much and also you tone your whole lower body at the same time.
- Yes, I eat. I eat about 7 meals a day. I do try to keep it healthy. But once in a while I still binge a little and I do have my “off” days where I go over my calorie limit.
- I workout at the local gym. I try to keep it 3 times a week but sometimes it clashes with my classes :\
